Frannie joined the Belleza family in 2012 after attending the Tennessee School of Beauty in Knoxville. She has continued her education with Goldwell/KMS Academy, Master Colorist, Sally Rogers Cutting Class & many special artist classes held at Belleza. Frannie is certified in Juvexin & as a Goldwell Master Colorist. Frannie is inspired by nature, beautiful dimensions in natural hair colors & art. She loves to give her clients the hair of their dreams (or as close as she can get!)

As a precaution, we have thoroughly inspected all inventory at our salon and can confirm that none of the products currently in our retail stock are affected by this recall.
If you have an Oribe Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo (8.5 oz) at home, we encourage you to check the lot code located on the bottom of the bottle in black ink. The affected lot code is:

If your bottle matches the affected lot code and it was purchased from Belleza Salon & Spa, please bring it to either of our locations at your convenience. We will gladly exchange it for a replacement product. To avoid any confusion, we are only able to exchange products that were originally purchased through Belleza Salon & Spa.
