Licensed at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, Harriman. I fell in love with the art of hairstyling and the meaningful relationships I built with my clients. I’m dedicated to helping you feel confident and beautiful, treating you like family and ensuring a strong, personal connection. As a certified specialist in Juvexin treatments, I have further enhanced my expertise through advanced training at the prestigious KAO Academy in New York City and extensive updo training in Nashville. We want to make our clients aware that Oribe has voluntarily recalled select lots of its Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo (8.5 oz, UPC: 840035231242).
As a precaution, we have thoroughly inspected all inventory at our salon and can confirm that none of the products currently in our retail stock are affected by this recall.
If you have an Oribe Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo (8.5 oz) at home, we encourage you to check the lot code located on the bottom of the bottle in black ink. The affected lot code is:

If your bottle matches the affected lot code and it was purchased from Belleza Salon & Spa, please bring it to either of our locations at your convenience. We will gladly exchange it for a replacement product. To avoid any confusion, we are only able to exchange products that were originally purchased through Belleza Salon & Spa.
