His performing background landed him a spot in a world-famous ice show where he was not only a professional show skater, but also the company stylist! Since those days, he has styled hair, wigs, and extensions for multiple stages from the ballet to TV, and his tips and techniques have been published in just about every major industry magazine.
Robert is the proud owner of hairobért in Memphis and has been on board with Goldwell since the 1980s. Robert loves to share his extensive knowledge of the brand with stylists everywhere. His love of education has taken him to salons and stages everywhere as well as all of the Goldwell North American Academies. From cutting and coloring to finishing, Robert makes learning new dynamics in hair fun and easy. He makes it his mission to help fellow stylists “master the toolbox” and expand their repertoires behind the chair.

He is the owner of a 7 figure high end salon ”Jacob K Hair”, the co-founder of Scissor and Education Company, “Fancy EDU” and social media personality know world-wide with over 438k followers and featured on many Professional Social Media outlets. He is the Goldwell Social Media Ambassador which showcases creative Color and Cutting techniques.
