If you ever feel that your services were less than satisfactory, we want to hear from you. You may email or call us feedback. We will make every effort possible to solve any challenge you may experience. Our policy is that we must be notified within two weeks of your service; however, it is not our practice to give refunds. If there is a product you are unhappy with we will gladly exchange your purchase for one that is more suitable for your needs.
