We want to make our clients aware that Oribe has voluntarily recalled select lots of its Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo (8.5 oz, UPC: 840035231242).
As a precaution, we have thoroughly inspected all inventory at our salon and can confirm that none of the products currently in our retail stock are affected by this recall.
If you have an Oribe Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo (8.5 oz) at home, we encourage you to check the lot code located on the bottom of the bottle in black ink. The affected lot code is:

If your bottle matches the affected lot code and it was purchased from Belleza Salon & Spa, please bring it to either of our locations at your convenience. We will gladly exchange it for a replacement product. To avoid any confusion, we are only able to exchange products that were originally purchased through Belleza Salon & Spa.
If your product was purchased from another authorized Oribe retailer, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase for assistance with the exchange process.
