Frannie joined the Belleza family in 2012 after attending the Tennessee School of Beauty in Knoxville. She has continued her education with Goldwell/KMS Academy, Master Colorist, Sally Rogers Cutting Class & many special artist classes held at Belleza.
Frannie is certified in Juvexin & as a Goldwell Master Colorist.
Frannie is inspired by nature, beautiful dimensions in natural hair colors & art. She loves to give her clients the hair of their dreams (or as close as she can get!)
