Belleza

The evening started off with area restaurants donating delicious samples of their cuisine, while guest mingled and bid on silent auction items that were donated by friends, patrons, and area businesses.

Circo D’Pelo, inspired circus-carnival event, was a juried hair-fashion show with performances from area artist and dancers with Belleza stylists showcasing their artistry, and creativity. Each participating stylists and educator was asked to represent a circus character-type. Contestants were judged on creativity, presentation, and technique, allowing them to compete for a monetary grand prize for continuing education. Many of the fashions presented in the evenings show was courtesy of fashion designer, Danielle Miller of Royal Peasantry Designs.

Proceeds from the event went to The Dream Connection, a non-profit organization that helps fulfill the dreams of children in our area who are faced with life-threatening or chronically debilitating illnesses.

Our hair-fashion show was a great opportunity to raise money for a most worthy cause, and for everyone in our community to learn more about Belleza, and the amazing array talent we have to offer.

With the help of over 350 attendees, and all who contributed, Belleza was able to raise a little over $11,000 for The Dream Connection.
