Co-Owners
Regina and Marwan are the driving forces behind the Belleza brand. Combining their unique talents, they have grown Belleza from one original location to an entire family of salons and spas. Regina is the founder of the original Belleza salon. Her education has spanned across the United States and worldwide to include New York, Spain, London and Monte Carlo. Her regular participation in advanced training programs and worldwide academies has made her a trail blazer in hair design and artistry. She is currently the main educator at Belleza and is dedicated to continually promoting the further development of every member of the Belleza team. She not only designs Belleza's training programs, she also regularly teaches and facilitates seminars, classroom presentations, individual training and performance reviews.Marwan joined the Belleza team in 1997, creating the business infrastructures that would allow the brand to grow to three locations and over 100 employees. Marwan is in charge of overseeing those infrastructures and takes a hands on approach in the day-to-day operations of all Belleza locations. Working together, Regina and Marwan hope to continue opening new salons and spas in the East Tennessee area and to further enrich their community through beauty, wellness and education.

Michael
Co-Owner | Educator
Co-owner of Belleza VIBE, Michael has over a decade of experience in the industry, as both an educator and a stylist. He joined Belleza Salon and Spa in 2001, and shortly after, joined Graham Webb International as a regional educator. Michael has extensive training with Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy and Framesi. He is certified in the Global Keratin Juvexin hair taming system; a smoothing process for hair. Michael styles from an urban and club influence, mixed with a passion for geometry and classic shapes, moving them into a modern fashion format. He not only respects the classics, but predicts the trends. Michael is also a native of East Tennessee and was voted runner-up in “East Tennessee’s Best Hairstylist" in 2005 and 2010.

Belleza Vibe
Co-owner of Belleza VIBE, Michael has over a decade of experience in the industry, as both an educator and a stylist. Rebecca
Co-Owner | Esthetician
Rebecca is a dually licensed esthetician and cosmetologist. She started her career in the beauty industry in 1997. Interested in all areas of the health and beauty industry, she explored hair, nails, body treatments, and esthetics (makeup, waxing and skin care) before ultimately focusing her attention on esthetics.
Rebecca accepted a position as an esthetician at Belleza in 2000 where she quickly moved to department head in 2001. Indulging her passion for research and education, she has attended numerous post graduate continuing education classes in Los Angeles, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta and New York. Most recently she received her MediClinical Aesthetician Certification from the Intitut' DerMed College of Advanced Aesthetics.
Rebecca's enthusiasm for her career has lead her to partner with Marwan and Regina Zaouk and Rob Davis as co-owners in the new Belleza Salon and Spa at Turkey Creek.
